Since receiving my Allett Kensington 20H, I have worked to clean up my yard using the Scarifier cartridge. I’ve also fertilized and kept the yard mowed at 1.25″ with my rotary mower.
Well, today marked the voyage cut! Though there wasn’t much to cut, I really enjoyed installing the reel (6-blade) cartridge, getting out on the lawn and getting my first reel mow of the season. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the performance of the little machine. I cut roughly 6,000-7000 sq ft with it.
The stripes were faint, but I’m confident they will improve as the grass continues to fill in and thicken up as I continue to use the Allett Kensington 20H.
