I build the DIY Liquid Fert Station in this video. It saves on back pain from lifting up those heavy containers, and also makes it pretty easy to pour up your liquids.
Step 1: Gather DIY Materials
Step 1 is to gather your materials.
- Drill with 3/4″ drill bit
- Paper Towels
- Your jugs of liquid fertilizer
- Some plastic spigots
Step 2: Get to Drilling
This one is easy. Simply drill a hole in your tops. Remove them first so no debris gets in your liquid fertilizer. Carefully cut the paper seal inside the top, but make sure you leave it in place.
Step 3: Install Spigot
Now install your spigot. Make sure you have rubber washers on both sides so their is no leakage of that liquid gold. Definitely don’t stain the concrete! 😀
There you go! No more back pain from lifting those heavy jugs and no more messy, stained garage floors. Hope you enjoy your DIY Liquid Fert Station!
